We conduct process serving in a precise and efficient manner. Our agency is licensed with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and uses a professional network across the nation – and across the globe – to keep you informed about your case. We deliver process service in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. We require “due diligence” on each service with a minimum of three (3) service attempts at various times of the day. D&S Private Detective is a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS). We keep you informed on the progress of your case as we offer a web based software system so that your company can track our serves in real time complete with GPS coordinates on each serve. Chapter 735 ILCS provides that process may be served, without special appointment, by a person who is licensed and registered as a Private Detective in counties with population of less than 1,000,000.
Asset Investigations
